We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of your order’s delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email) is required.

  • Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief reason for the return

We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Do you need a different size, color, or style? We’re happy to exchange. We'll notify you via email once we receive and inspect your return, and change your item (if it's in stock).
Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received something damaged or not what you ordered? We’re truly sorry!
Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
